OUR PROGRAMS
Group X classes are less intimidating and more motivating than working out alone! Group X encourages accountability, boosts motivation, and builds community. Our mission is to offer safe, effective, and fun group fitness classes to all populations, young and old, in a non-competitive and non-judgmental environment. The common goal of our program is to improve our members’ health and fitness status, reduce their stress levels, improve their self-esteem, and encourage a lifetime of physical activity. To accomplish this goal, we promise to provide outstanding studio facilities, cutting edge equipment, and provide innovative and up to date programs. Furthermore, we vow to employ knowledgeable, dynamic, motivating, and professional instructors who provide quality instruction.
