member’s guest’s use or intended use of said facilities and the equipment thereof. Member expressly
discharges, waived, indemnifies and releases Nautilus Sport & Fitness Center, its owners, employees, and agents from liability arising from Nautilus Sport & Fitness Center, it’s owners, employees, and agents acts or omissions of negligence.
