Calculate Your BMI
To calculate your BMI, multiply your height in inches by 2.54. To calculate your weight in Kilograms, multiply your weight in pounds by .454. Here are a few examples: (height inches) x 2.54= (height in centimeters) & (weight in lbs) x .454= (weight in Kilograms).
